CUBE TECH's Prefab Pro

- Six-week, high-impact, employer-led training
- Prepares participants for careers in prefabrication, modular construction, framing, installation, and digital design
- Connects participants to real job opportunities across Ontario's construction sector
- Built on CUBE's vertically integrated model — digital design → precision manufacturing → on-site panelized installation
- Participants gain hands-on experience, safety certifications, and practical job-ready skills
- Hands-on training in prefabrication, kit-of-parts, and modular construction
- Includes elements of Ontario's employment readiness and health & safety certifications

ELIGIBILITY
- Open to Ontario residents aged 18+ who are unemployed, underemployed, or looking to start or grow a career in construction.
- No previous experience is required — just motivation and a willingness to learn. Black, Indigenous, and racialized people, women, newcomers, and others who are facing barriers to career entry are encouraged to apply.

PROGRAM 03
Path 2 Purpose
Path 2 Purpose (P2P)
DURATION6 WEEKSTRAINEESPAIDFORMATIN-PERSON
- Specialized stream of CUBE Building Systems' Prefab Pro training initiative
- Offers refugees and displaced persons in Ontario targeted training in housing manufacturing and construction
- Culturally sensitive, language-friendly, economically empowering model
- Hands-on program combining classroom learning, real-world training, mentorship, and paid work placements
- Helps participants identify strengths and passions to match them with roles in the industry
- Guides participants from training to on-the-job experience and into sustainable careers
- Phase 2 (planned): entrepreneurship training so graduates can become small business owners/employers, building a self-sustaining ecosystem

ELIGIBILITY
- Hold Refugee or Protected Person status (or have experienced forced displacement)
- Be legally able to work in Canada
- Be 18 years or older and living in Ontario
- Be unemployed, underemployed, or currently facing barriers to employment
