Participants explore how modern prefabrication, digital twinning, and advanced residential construction are reshaping how homes are built — from Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to mid-rise developments and beyond. The sessions highlight rapid solutions being used to address the housing crisis, fireproof at-risk areas, and create scalable, cost-effective systems that improve community resilience. Fast Track Pro reflects CUBE TECH / CUBE Building Systems’ mission to build rapid, accessible, attainable, and sustainable housing — because we believe housing is a human right.

Comprehensive training in understanding through a Canadian lens, the current and future state of construction understanding emerging trends and critical issues, digital design, prefabrication, various construction trades, and site installation. Paid stipends during training to offset lost income and support participation. Multi-language and mentorship supports to strengthen communication, learn job specific terminology, and build on-the-job confidence. Post-graduation supports such as upskilling and coaching to promote long-term success. A Canadian, industry-relevant reference so that when you apply to jobs you have a targeted resume, a reference letter, and a live person from the industry to give you a reference.
The Prefab Fast Track program runs for approximately 2 days of virtual webinar training. The workshop includes insights into cutting-edge prefabrication and modular construction methods. The ability to learn how digital twinning and data-driven design are transforming the industry. The opportunity to explore rapid-build systems for housing affordability and climate resilience. Understand real-world applications for ADUs, mid-rises, and retrofit projects.
No. The program is completely free for eligible participants. All training costs are covered, and participants receive a stipend and paid on-the-job training placement opportunities.
Cohorts run year-round on a rolling basis and can be accessed on the cube website. Referral partners will receive updated start dates by email or can visit the CUBE TECH website for current registration timelines. CUBE TECH’s Prefab Pro program delivers a six week, high-impact, employer-led training that prepares participants for careers in prefabrication, modular construction, framing, installation, and digital design.
This innovative program connects participants to real job opportunities across Ontario’s construction sector through CUBE’s vertically integrated model — from digital design and precision manufacturing to on-site panelized installation. Participants gain hands-on experience, safety certifications, and practical skills that make them job-ready for today’s modern building industry.
The Prefab Pro Program is open to Ontario residents aged 18+ who are unemployed, underemployed, or looking to start or grow a career in construction.
The Prefab Pro program includes: hands-on training in prefabrication, kit of parts,
and modular construction. Learn cutting-edge digital design tools and off-site
manufacturing methods. Mentorship from experienced trades professionals. Employment readiness and health & safety certifications. Paid work placements with leading construction employers. Ongoing career support and advancement opportunities.
This program runs for approximately 6 weeks of training, followed by an opportunity for paid work placement with an employer partner. Some participants may continue with mentorship or part-time employment while they transition into the workforce.

Participants receive individualized support that may include: Theory and hands-on application tutoring and assistance. Workplace readiness and employability coaching. Access to computers, tools, and safety gear. Ongoing mentorship, peer support, and job-readiness workshops.

Path 2 Purpose (P2P) is a free, employer-led training and employment initiative developed by CUBE TECH to help refugees and displaced individuals build meaningful careers in Ontario’s framing construction and prefabrication sectors. It blends hands-on training, digital design, and real work experience through paid placements with committed industry partners.
P2P is part of CUBE TECH’s Prefab Pro – Innovate & Elevate model, a vertically integrated approach that spans the entire construction pipeline — from design and manufacturing to on-site installation. Participants learn inside a real prefabrication environment, gain digital and practical skills, and receive wrap-around supports such as mentorship, stipends, and job placements for top graduates.
Path 2 Purpose applicants must be 18 years of age or older, living in Ontario, hold a Refugee or Protected Person status, or have experienced forced displacement. They also need to be legally able to work in Canada.

Top graduates may progress overtime into skilled trades apprenticeships, design/drafting positions, or supervisory pathways within CUBE TECH’s partner network.
